She uses various treatment methods, including myofascial techniques, rehabilitative care, and therapeutic massage. She has completed advanced training in myofascial cupping and enjoys using cupping therapy to improve treatment results and address soft tissue restrictions. Her goal is not just short-term relief but also helping clients achieve long-term comfort, better function, and overall wellness.

Anica grew up in Winnipeg's Transcona community. She enjoys strength training, movement, and staying active. Her personal interest in health and wellness helps her relate to the physical challenges many clients face. This understanding shapes the supportive, client-focused care she aims to provide.

Kiera Kost, RMT

Registered Massage Therapist

Kiera graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage Therapies in 2017. She has a passion for helping people heal their bodies, whether it be by calming their nervous system and releasing stress held in the muscles, or by a thorough assessment and deep tissue treatments for injuries or chronic pain.

Kiera was born and raised in North Kildonan and has grown up living an active lifestyle, always biking, walking and swimming. This has carried on into her career which lead her to love learning about the body and different ways to keeping it healthy.

Kiera has additional training in cupping therapy and hot stone massage. Cupping therapy is a great tool in which she loves to add into her treatments where she sees necessary. This will help to reduce pain and gain range of motion in her clients. Whereas hot stone massage will aid in a deeper state of relaxation through the heat from the stones.

Whatever your reason may be, Kiera is excited to come up with the perfect treatment plan to best suit your needs!
