Massage Therapy- Part time

We’re looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at The Practice—someone who is passionate about their craft, values connection, and thrives in a collaborative care environment.

This is a part-time role with a focus on supporting our growing patient community through thoughtful, high-quality treatment.

Availability

  • Consistent availability with 16- 20 hours/week, including 1-2 evenings and occasional Saturdays

  • Flexibility within those hours to support patient demand is appreciated

What You Bring

  • Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certification

  • Active professional liability insurance

  • In good standing with your regulatory college

  • A patient-centered approach and strong clinical reasoning

  • Lymphatic massage training is considered a strong asset

Massage Therapy Application

NaTuropathic Doctor

We’re looking to add a compassionate and collaborative Naturopathic Doctor to join our team at The Practice—someone who values patient-centered care, enjoys working within a multidisciplinary environment, and is passionate about supporting whole-person wellness.

This full-time role is ideal for a clinician who is excited to grow alongside an integrated team of practitioners, including naturopathic medicine, chiropractic medicine, acupuncture, massage therapy, and therapy.

What You Bring

  • Graduate of a 4-year, full-time accredited naturopathic program

  • Licensed as a Naturopathic Doctor (ND) and registered with the Manitoba Naturopathic Association

  • Licensed to practice within Manitoba

  • Member of the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND)

  • Active malpractice insurance appropriate for private practice

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team setting

  • An interest in pediatrics is considered an asset, though it is not required.
